WorldLink Mobile, a mobile marketing technology and services provider, and our distributor, AvidMobile, has entered into a patent licensing agreement with Helferich Patent Licensing, LLC (Helferich), a company with a portfolio of 55 patents and applications around the world relating to the distribution of content via mobile messaging (such as SMS and MMS messaging). Companies using WorldLink Mobile's mobile marketing platform for “text to shortcode” programs can include URLs, World Wide Web addresses, and links in their text marketing messages. Under this agreement, our clients can execute their text to short code campaigns that include URLs with ease that they are NOT infringing on patents owned by Helferich.

Under the agreement terms, WorldLink Mobile is approved to use Helferich's licensed-technology enabling the the use of URL's in text messages.
